Ciaran Coll

Background

Donegal native, Ciaran Coll is a teacher of Music and Religion in St. Mary’s Holy Faith Secondary School in Glasnevin Dublin. He is a graduate of Theology and Philosophy from All Hallows College, DCU and completed his teaching training in Trinity College Dublin. Ciaran is very involved in the work of Music Ministry for young people and is a regular contributor at school/parish workshops and talks in the area of Liturgical Music and Youth Ministry. Ciaran was a member of the Pastoral Planning Committee for the IEC 2012 and he is currently a Council member of the Irish Church Music Association. He also works in the parish of Our Lady of Victories, Ballymun Rd, Dublin where he is Director of the OLV Gospel Choir. Over the last 5 years Ciaran has begun composing Liturgical Music and many of his pieces are being used by choirs in parishes across the country.
